BeWiSe General Assembly 2023

Our annual General Assembly will take place in the VIP room at the Royal Institute of Natural Sciences on June 16, from 16h00-18h00. As usual, we will combine the formal aspects of running the association with a content-related session and a networking reception.

16h00 Private session for members only

• Welcome and informal introduction (5 min)
• Update on membership, 2022 closing of accounts and vote (15 min)
• Renewal of Board members: presentation of candidates and vote (10 min)
• Change of statutes to comply with new regulations and vote (10 min)

16h40 Public session for all members and supporters

• Overview of past and planned activities (10 min)
• How to tackle gender bias in engineering fields (speaker’s presentation + open discussion) (40 min)
