The aim of our mentoring programme is to assist you in preparing and planning your future career options in academia, industry, policy or elsewhere and encourage you to think more carefully about your personal ambitions and professional goals. Your mentor will serve as a confidential sounding board to have an open discussion on career-related questions.
This mentee workshop serves two purposes:
- help you reflect on your career and prepare relevant questions to discuss with your mentor
- get to know you in order to pair you up with a well-suited mentor
Don’t forget to enroll as a mentee in the mentoring programme.
We would also like to invite you to the 20 years BeWiSe event, which will take place at the same location from 16h-19h.
